Using the platform

LM Ecosystem connects members, merchants, and partners through loyalty, rebate, payment, and referral services. Users must provide accurate account information and keep login details secure.

Member and merchant responsibilities

Members are responsible for checking payment amounts before confirming. Merchants are responsible for keeping shop, item, bank, rebate, and profile information accurate.

Payments, rebates, and commissions

Orders, rebates, merchant settlement amounts, partner commissions, and platform fees are calculated according to the active package and applicable platform rules at the time of transaction.

Partner programme

Partner access, referral commissions, regional partner rules, approval, rejection, or suspension may depend on business verification and LM Ecosystem policies.

Acceptable use

Users must not abuse referrals, submit false information, interfere with platform operations, misuse QR codes, or attempt unauthorised access.

Service availability

LM Ecosystem may update, suspend, maintain, or restrict parts of the service when needed for security, reliability, legal, or operational reasons.

Account deletion

Users may request account deletion from the app. Profile information may be anonymised while transaction and compliance records are retained where required.
