LM Ecosystem is a platform for merchant payments, rebates, commissions, and settlement records. Refund eligibility depends on the merchant, payment status, transaction records, and applicable platform review.
Member refund requests
Members should contact the merchant first for product, service, duplicate payment, or wrong amount concerns. LM Ecosystem support may help trace the order and payment reference where needed.
Merchant review
Merchants are responsible for confirming whether goods or services were delivered, whether a refund should be approved, and whether any partial refund arrangement applies.
Payment gateway timing
Approved refunds may take several business days to appear depending on the payment gateway, issuing bank, e-wallet, or card network. Processing time is outside LM Ecosystem direct control.
Rebates and commissions
If an order is refunded, related rebates, partner commissions, merchant settlement amounts, and platform fees may be reversed or adjusted according to platform records.
Non-refundable items
Fees, promotional rebates, expired offers, fulfilled services, or merchant-specific non-refundable purchases may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or approved by the merchant.
Dispute support
For disputed transactions, users should provide order number, payment reference, merchant name, amount, date, and supporting screenshots so the support team can investigate.
